IMPORTANT GUIDELINES

Regarding Admission

Parents are responsible for the authentication of documents which they are providing for admission. In case of false or non-availability of the required documents, admission will be immediately cancelled.

Admission amount will not be refunded once paid even it the students has not attended the school for a single day

A student's name is liable to be strukk off from the roll for

Long absense of more than ten days without information.

Non payment of dues.

Disciplinary grounds (Use of drugs, violence, damage to School propery etc.)

Regarding Transfer Certificate & Security Refund

Any parent desirous of withdrawl of his/her ward from school, should apply in writing for a Transfer Certificate and Security Refund atleast one calendar month prior to withdrwal failing which one instalment of fees in lieu of notice will be charged

TC will be issued to the parent within 6 working days of request and Security Refund will be cleared within a month of the request.Security will be refunded through a crossed cheque which may be collected from the school office.

Request to Parents

Parents must ensure that their wards are regular, punctual, correctly dressed. Do not send the ward to school if she/he complains of sickness or is suffering from any infectious disease.

No friends or relatives may be directed on behalf of the parents to visit their ward during school hours. It will not be permitted. Event parents are requested not to visit class-room on non-visiting days without prior appointment or consent.
